Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 slice of Sprouted Cinnamon Raisin Bread (only 80 calories)

Lunch: Salad

Dinner: Burgers, sweet potatoes, vegetables

Snack: protein bar 1/2 in am 1/2 in pm and an orange
